Shipping

In order to assure a fast delivery of your online orders, we currently deliver to private addresses using the most common and well respected carriers like DPD, DHL, UPS. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow the delivery of your package. If you are absent when your package is delivered, the driver will leave you a card indicating how to arrange a new delivery. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

At the moment of delivery and signature, responsibility for your purchased item(s) passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package. If the parcel bears any sign of damage upon delivery, please contact our customer care directly.

We aim to ship all orders within one day after receipt of payment, with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to two days after receiving your payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and start from the date of shipping. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Elsewhere Fashion ships from the Netherlands (EU). Duties and taxes may apply if you place an order from outside the EU. For countries within the EU, there are no custom charges.

Elsewhere Fashion shall not be liable for import charges and/or taxes which are not included in the shipping cost. Please be well informed before you place an order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
