Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery time for my order?

Elsewhere Fashion tries to prepare your order as soon as your payments has cleared. This means that orders are usually shipped the same day. Please note that we can only do this if all the items that you have ordered are in stock.

Can I have my order delivered to a collection point?

The shipping agency will try to deliver the parcel at the submitted address twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel will be shipped to the nearest collection point for pick-up. You will be notified by email once delivered to this collection point.

How can I track my order?

Elsewhere Fashion can ship your order with one of the following forwarders; DPD, DHL, TNT, UPS. You will be kept informed about the status of your delivery by e-mail. You will also receive a tracking number as soon as we have shipped the parcel, so that you are able to track your order at all times.

How long will it take to get my package?

Elsewhere Fashion usually ships the orders within one working day. Depending on your location, following delivery time is applicable;

Europe zone 1;         1-2 working days
Europe zone 2;         2-3 working days
Europe zone 3;         3-4 working days

Other countries;

However, it might happen that the item you have ordered is sold out. In this case we will always try to backorder it for you. You will receive a message if this is the case. The delivery time can be up to 5 working days, depending on the type of product that you have ordered.

Note: If you choose to pay your order upfront using regular banktransfer, please take into account that it might take a couple of days before we receive your payment. This can usually take up to 5 working days. As soon as we have received your payment, we will notify you by e-mail and your order will be shipped the same day.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

Yes. You can choose your prefered delivery address at the checkout page.
It is also possible to have your parcel delivered in another country.

What happens to your order if you are not at home?

It is possible to change the address up to the moment that we have shipped the parcel. For example, if the delivery will be on a workingday you can choose to have your order delivered at your workaddress. If you want to change anything in your order, we advise you to contact our customer service by email contact@elsewherefashion.com or by phone at +31 (0) 24-360 00 68, so that we can act quickly. Once your order is shipped, changing the address is no longer possible.

I have received an item that I did not order. What now?

We do our very best to avoid any dissatisfaction and complaints. Is there something wrong with your shipment? We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service. We will start working on a solution right away!

Can I include multiple seperate orders in one package?

If you have placed multiple orders on the same day containing the same delivery address, we will try to combine it for you. Overpayed shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, combining shipments will no longer be possible. If you want to change anything in your order, we advise you to contact our customer service by email contact@elsewherefashion.com or by phone at +31 (0) 24-360 00 68, so that we can act quickly.

I received a damaged package. What now?

What Shipping Methods are available?

Elsewhere Fashion can ship your order with one of the following forwarders; DPD, DHL, TNT, UPS depending on your delivery address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship internationally. You can choose to have your order delivered in lots of different countries. Choose the preferred country in the checkout process and add the shippingaddres. If your country is not available or selectable, please contact customer service by email contact@elsewherefashion.com.

Return & Refund

How do I return an item?

After receiving the order you have 14 days to return any items.
Please ensure that all returned items are in perfect condition, unused and with all labels attached. Returning items using the following steps for Europe zone 1 and Europe zone 2. For returns from other countries, please contact customer service by email contact@elsewherefashion.com.

  1. Go to our return portal https://elsewherefashion.shipping-portal.com/rp/
  2. Enter your ordernumber or tracking number and zipcode.
  3. Select your items to be returned and your return reason.
  4. Print your return label and drop off your parcel to the nearest drop-off point.

Please add a copy of your order to the package. You can find a copy of your order in your received parcel or log in to your account in our webshop.

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange the purchased item for something else, you can follow the steps below. As soon as we have received the return shipment, we will send you a payment request by e-mail to pay the additional costs or refund the balance to you. As soon as the payment or refund is done, we will ship the new item to you.

Exchanging items using the following steps for Europe zone 1 and Europe zone 2. For an exchange from other countries, please contact customer service by email contact@elsewherefashion.com.

  3. Select your items to be returned and your return reason. You can select to exchange your items for something else.

My item is defective. What now?

If you want to return something to us due to a complaint, please contact customer service by email contact@elsewherefashion.com.
A proper solution will be found for collecting your parcel. Complaints in this case can be for example: the item you have received is damaged or you have received the wrong item.

How does refunding work?

Once the returned items have been received in our warehouse, we will refund you in the same way that your payment was made. All paid amounts excluding the costs of return will be refunded. Your refund will take place within 14 days. There will not be any extra costs when you choose to be refunded.

What is the Warranty regulation of Elsewhere Fashion?

Elsewhere Fashion stands for quality and comfort. We strive to use for fashionable and durable materials for the right price. We guarantee high quality fashion with it’s own signature. Is the quality not as expected or damaged easily? Please contact our customer service. We will offer a proper solution. We are also able to repair or replace items for you.

In addition to the statutory warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty also applies to certain items. A manufacturer’s warranty is an extra guarantee given by the importer or manufacturer. The manufacturer or importer can set conditions for this warranty.
