Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery time for my order?

We do our utmost to ship your order on the same day. You will receive your shipping confirmation and a track & trace code by email as soon as we have transferred your order to the delivery carrier. Once your order is shipped, you can follow your order using the tracking link provided. 

Shipping information: 

The Netherlands: 1 Business day 

Europe (incl U.K.): 4 Business days** 

International: 5 Business days** 

**: Delivery can be delayed due to customs in your country. If this is the case, please contact your shipment carrier with the track & trace code you have received. 

Can I have my order delivered to a collection point?

Yes, once the shipping carrier is not able to deliver the parcel at the given address, it will automatically be delivered at the nearest pick-up point in your area. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive your shipping confirmation and a track & trace code by email as soon as we have transferred your order to the delivery carrier. Once your order is shipped, you can follow your order using the tracking link provided. We are partnered with the following carriers: 

  • DPD 
  • DHL 
  • TNT 
  • UPS

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

With our address delivery feature, you can order and send your items to a different address. This can be done on the checkout page.

What happens to your order if you are not at home?

It will automatically be delivered at the nearest pick-up point in your area and will stay on hold for 7 days. In case you did not collect your package in 7 days, it will be returned to us. If this was the case please contact us at contact@elsewherefashion.com.

I have received an item that I did not order. What now?

Our apologies if we sent you an item you did not order. 

Please return the item to us indicating that you have received an incorrect item. You can do this by sending us an email at contact@elsewherefashion.com with your name and contact information.  

If in any case the item you are trying to return is damaged, please add a photo together with the above-mentioned information. 

My order misses an item. What now?

Our apologies that we missed item(s) from your order. 

You can contact us by mail: contact@elsewherefashion.com with your name, order number and contact information and we will make sure to address this issue within 1 business day.  

Can I include multiple seperate orders in one package?

With our address delivery feature, you can order and send your items to a different address. This can be done on the checkout page.

I received a damaged package. What now?

Our apologies that your order has been damaged. 

You can contact us by mail: contact@elsewherefashion.com with your name, order number and contact information and we will make sure to address this issue within 1 business day.  

Please add a photo together with the above-mentioned information. 

What Shipping Methods are available?

Elsewhere Fashion can ship your order with one of the following forwarders; DPD, DHL, TNT, UPS depending on your delivery address. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. You can choose to have your order delivered to different countries.

You can easily choose the preferred country in the checkout process and add the shipping address. If your country is not available, please contact customer service by email contact@elsewherefashion.com.

Return & Refund

How do I return an item?

Our apologies that the item was not what you expected.
After receiving your items, you have 14 return days.
Please ensure that all returned items are in perfect condition, unused and with all labels attached.

How do you return an item? 

  1. Go to our return portal https://elsewherefashion.shipping-portal.com/rp/ 
  2. Enter your order number or tracking number and zip code
  3. Select your items to be returned and your reason for return
  4. Print your return label and drop off your parcel at the nearest drop-off point

Please add a copy of your order to the package. You can find a copy of your order in your received parcel or log in to your account in our webshop.

Note: If the item has been damaged due to careless fitting, we will deduct an amount upon reimbursement.

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange the purchased item for something else, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Go to our return portal https://elsewherefashion.shipping-portal.com/rp/ 
  2. Enter your order number or tracking number and zipcode
  3. Select your items to be returned and your reason for return
  4. Print your return label and drop off your parcel to the nearest drop-off point

As soon as we have received the return shipment, we will send you a payment request by mail to pay the additional costs or refund the balance to you. As soon as the payment or refund is done, we will ship the new item to you.

My item is defective. What now?

You can contact us by mail: contact@elsewherefashion.com with your name, order number and contact information and we will make sure to address this issue within 1 business day.  

Please add a photo together with the above-mentioned information. 

When will I receive a refund for my item?

A return typically takes up to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is complete. 

  • Orders paid for through iDEAL will be refunded immediately to the account number you used to pay for the order.
  • Orders paid with a Creditcard, it may take up to 30 days for the money to appear in your account.

Will you be getting more stock?

We do our outmost to have everything in stock as soon as possible. But unfortunately this can not be the case every time. In this case you can always contact us at contact@elsewherefashion.com.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible up until the moment our warehouse team starts preparing your order for shipment.
If you want to cancel your order after processing, you can easily contact our customer service at contact@elsewherefashion.com or by phone +31 (0) 24-360 00 68.

Multiple orders in one package, is this possible?

If on the same day, multiple orders has been placed containing the same delivery address, we will do our outmost to combine this for you.
Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, combining shipments will no longer be possible. If you want to make amendments in your order, we advise you to contact our customer service by mail: contact@elsewherefashion.com or  you can always call us at  +31 (0) 24-360 00 68.

I have received an item that I did not order. What now?

Our apologies if you have received an item you did not order.

If your order contains a product that you did not order or the size or color does not match your order, please notify us as soon as possible by mail: contact@elsewherefashion.com.

How do I place an order?

To place an order the following steps should be done:

Step 1: Go to Elsewherefashion.com
Step 2: Choose the product that you want to buy by selecting the size and colour
Step 3: Click add to cart
Step 4: Proceed by going to the cart at the right top corner and click checkout
Step 5: Fill in your shipment address and press next
Step 6: Choose your payment method
Step 7: Place your order
