After receiving the order you have 14 days to return any items.
Please ensure that all returned items are in perfect condition, unused and with all labels attached.
Returning items using the following steps.
- Go to our return portal by clicking here
- Enter your ordernumber or tracking number and zipcode.
- Select your items to be returned and your return reason.
- Print your return label and drop off your parcel to the nearest drop-off point.

Please add a copy of your order to the package. You can find a copy of your order in your received parcel or log in to your account in our webshop.

Refund & costs
The costs for a return shipment is € 4,95. For Europe zone 1 and Europe zone 2 please follow the steps above.

If you want to return something to us due to a complaint, please contact customer service by email email@example.com.
A proper solution will be found for collecting your parcel. Complaints in this case can be for example: the item you have received is damaged or you have received the wrong item.
